THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are actively searching for an Account Manager (Corporate Key Account Manager - KAM) to join our dynamic B2B Sales Team.
This is a Remote Home Office-based role and you can be based anywhere with close proximity to a major hub airport
The Corporate Key Account Manager will be responsible for growing a set of assigned South Korean companies who hold an operational footprint in the United States. You will proactively position themselves as an advisor to their assigned accounts, helping them understand how to solve their unique problems and customizing solutions to sell them. You will also apply sales project management skills to ensure project and account growth success. In addition, you will work closely with other sales, sales solutions, sales engineers, marketing, and product manager teams at both LG Electronics and our partners to identify, develop and close IT and AV opportunities, and build sustainable repeatable business, in the corporate market.
- Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement a plan to enhance LG's market share with large accounts (South Korean companies) within the assigned US territory.
- Technical Solution Mapping: Understand the business of each end-user and adeptly map technical requirements to the most fitting LG Electronics solutions
- Go-to-Market Execution: Participate in the design and execution of the go-to-market strategy, ensuring regular and systematic tracking and reporting.
- Pipeline Observation: Provide consistent and timely observation of pipeline trends, taking corrective actions as necessary, and generating reports.
- Forecast Management: Manage forecast accuracy and align with Product Management for streamlined operations.
- Inventory Optimization: Oversee channel and LG inventory levels for optimal efficiency.
- Collaboration and Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing efforts and activities, maximizing brand exposure and fostering growth.
- Administrative Oversight: Efficiently manage administrative tasks with support from the Inside Sales team.
- Brand Representation: Represent LG Electronics at trade shows and other speaking engagements as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is desired
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of results
- Bi-lingual Korean Language proficiency
- Preferred experience in technical, display or signage industries
- Highly proficient with Salesforce or CRM tools to effectively manage accounts and track individual performance
- Strong relationship builder with outstanding verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Travel 50-60%
Base Pay Range: $85,000 - $112,000
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed. This position provides a Sales incentive bonus.

$95,000—$112,000 USD
