We have a position available for an Account Manager in Bloemfontein to generate and maintain the growth of Experian clients. The successful individual will be required to travel to clients on a daily basis and ensure superior customer service and promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client/company relationship. What you’ll need to bring to the party Sales ability-evident by their proven ability to reach and exceed sales targets Outstanding communication skills-Ability to find cross and upsell opportunities in a varied client base and deliver consistent product sets that strengthen the brand in the SME market in the South Africa and the candidate needs to be able to effectively position Experian as a primary bureau partner to any new opportunities they may unearth. Exceptional organisational and planning skills Knowledge of the National Credit Act and can sell solutions that are reasonably within the boundaries set out by the NCA and POPI Act. Facilitation / coaching skills Effective administrative skills Team player Self starter who is able to analyze difficult problems on the run, and who is able to find cost effective solutions for clients and their needs across a diversified client portfolio. Honesty Innovation Networking To accurately report on client activity to all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure effective management of revenues and client satisfaction levels What you’ll be doing Generate and maintain the growth curve of Experian Identify areas of where Experian has the opportunity to cross and up sell Create awareness of Experian’s products and how to utilise it correctly Ensure superior customer service is offered at all times to all clients Promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client / company relationship Achieve and exceed set targets and objectives through the successful implementation of core and value-added solutions Administration including regular reporting

- Matric and relevant degree/diploma Own transport & valid drivers license Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, Cliq or similar Knowledge of the National Credit Act and POPI Act Knowledge in the Credit and/or Financial Industry 2-3 Years Sales experience Proven track record of sales targets met and exceeded Proficient in MS Office
