Who You Are:  We are seeking a driven, team player who can add value to a thriving team. In this role, Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact for all agency and advertiser client matters. You will be responsible for servicing client relationships through providing recommendations and solutions You will partner with Programmatic Traders and Account Executives to help move client business forward. You will also become an expert on managing client expectations and goals in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build rapport and maintain regular, proactive outreach to advertiser and agency clients on an ongoing basis
  • Establish client goals and expectations while responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely fashion
  • Work with the Account Executives to upsell and cross-sell existing and emerging products, solutions, and services that meet the client’s needs and increase revenue
  • Lead client calls and resolve client challenges with exceptional customer service
  • Participate in meetings with the Sales team regularly to review the status, issues, and opportunities for maximization of campaign optimization across sites
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team to create and execute short-term go-live plans for new and existing clients
  • Ensure consistent communication with account executives throughout the campaign setup and running process. This is a team endeavor, and effective communication is key to ensuring the success of each campaign
  • Bring solutions to the table on how to make the sales pipeline more efficient for sellers, account management, and ad ops. Continuously identify and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve collaboration across teams
  • Maintain daily communication with the Ad Operations team to set up campaigns and provide regular updates on each campaign’s daily/weekly performance
  • Send reports to clients on the agreed-upon cadence, providing insights on campaign performance and next steps in compliance with Next Millennium branding efforts
  • Build campaign wrap reports, brand lift studies, and assist with case studies where necessary to showcase campaign results and drive further business opportunities
  • Understand each deal and what the client wants in a partnership
  • Anticipate our clients' needs by offering additional value-driven solutions before they request them

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 2+ years of consultative, sales or account management experience in the digital or programmatic advertising or media industry
  • Previous client-facing experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborator and a contributor who will work cross-functionally with a variety of teams
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize deadlines
  • Comfortability working with numbers, data, and insights
  • Familiarity with campaign performance indicators: CPC, CTR, VTR, Viewability, etc.
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other similar tools
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills; proactively over-communicate to ensure transparency, cross-team visibility, and alignment toward shared goals
