Job Description

The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Penetrate business potential on the current account portfolio to achieve company business objectives 
  • Develop and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide good after sales service with ongoing support and account management, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

The Must-Haves:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales preferably in modern trade 
  • Have Sales Background on FMCG preferable handling Modern Trade and dealing with National and Strategic Local brand 
  • Familiar with Join Business Plan Process with Top Accounts 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
