We are seeking a dynamic Account Management Associate to drive business growth by managing client relationships, ensuring retention, and maximizing transaction value. In this role, you will work closely with existing clients to understand their needs, design targeted engagement strategies, and enhance their experience with Lalamove. Your efforts will be essential in boosting client satisfaction, reactivating churned users, and contributing to long-term business success.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive corporate account growth by constantly seeking new opportunities to develop, expand, and strengthen relationships with key clients in addition to driving merchant retention across cohorts, ensuring targeted transaction value.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing the necessary support and addressing their needs.
- Design, monitor, and control PDS while creating user education, engagement, and retention campaigns.
- Manage the Support team by setting targets, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Conduct client meetings, analyze data to identify patterns and solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders for cross-departmental initiatives.
- Evaluate customer potential, convert leads into sustainable corporate users, and reactivate churned clients.
- Oversee app-based banner placement aligned with running campaigns
What We Seek:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive merchant retention and convert leads into loyal users.
- Experience in campaign management to design and execute user education, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams, conduct client meetings, and build lasting relationships.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude for cross-departmental collaboration and business growth.
What You’ll Need:
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in account management
- A proactive, passionate, and detail-oriented mindset with strong self-initiative.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and data reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in business contexts.
