Get to Know the Team

GrabMart is a part of Grab's ecosystem that focuses on delivering groceries and everyday essentials right to your doorstep. The team is dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience for users, ensuring that they can find many products from local stores and supermarkets.

Get to Know the Role

This role need you have experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing with our partners. You'll onboard new merchants, ensuring they have a smooth experience, and helping them maximize their potential on the platform.

You will report to Team Lead, Account Management, GrabMart.

This role will be onsite and based in the Maple Tree office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will build business relationships with both existing and potential top merchants. Apply to understand the needs of our partners and provide solutions that lead to profitable business growth.
  • You will identify new business opportunities, create business development strategies that align with GrabMart's goals. You will navigate the complexities of teams and projects.
  • You will lead all aspects of partner negotiations for account management. Build main programs and ensure all contractual obligations are met to the highest standard.
  • You will increase growth in main accounts, targeting deliverables, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and revenue. Your success will be measured by your ability to increase these main performance metrics.
  • You will build deeper relationships with partners by collaborating in other areas such as GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress. You will identify synergetic opportunities which could benefit both Grab and our partners in the long run.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • At least 3 years Account management experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or other related fields (Marketing, Business Administration, Economics)
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
  • Negotiation experiences
  • Health & Beauty insights as advantage
  • Good at English is an advantage
