The Role: Account Lead (Grocery Multiples)
The Location: The Shard, London
The Account Lead is responsible for building a strong working relationship with Grocery accounts and developing and executing customer business plans across all categories in the Kraft Heinz portfolio. You are accountable for all cross-functional day to day operations involving the accounts from Commercial, to Supply Chain, from Finance to Shopper Marketing and Digital.

Responsibilities
- Build strong and sustainable customer relationships within Grocery Multiples
- Develop strategy on how to build the business with each of your customers and manage customers' strategy and relationship
- £100M's+ P&L ownership and management to sustainably deliver against key business metrics
- Lead your team's development and implementation of your customers' joint business plans and ensure excellence in execution
- Partner with internal cross functional stakeholders to develop successful plans from new and existing brands and categories and lead the sales organization in implementation
- Lead and continuously develop your team through effective coaching
Professional Skills and Competencies
- Prior experience in customer relationship management is critical
- Ability to confidently sell commercial propositions, together with sound negotiation skills
- Prior experience of leading managers and developing a team, with well-developed coaching skills
- Consistent track record of problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex
- Proven track record of budget delivery and growth-momentum in one or more major manufacturer or retailer
- Proven experience of influencing leaders at senior management level
- Technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred
