Role: Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you’ll have the chance to do:
- Pre-campaign management
- Pre-campaign checklist management, Creative, Pixels collection and support
- Project manage any relevant 3 rd party relationships
- Implementation of any specific product requirements
- Troubleshooting
- Creative testing
- Amendments to campaign setup
- Campaign activation
- Manage end-to-end project management of campaigns, ensuring all assets, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables are aligned from pre-launch planning through to end of campaign, across the full campaign lifecycle.
- Assisting the Account Manager with Insight Planning
- Inputs – Considering client objectives, client challenges, vertical specific insights & macro factors.
- Internal project management of insight completion
- End of Campaign – Support the Account Manager with the delivery of insights back to client
- Finance administration
- PO gathering
- Reconciliations & invoice queries
- Supporting client engagement via hotdesking, client calls, demos & other entertainment
- Maintaining highest level of service both internally and externally
- Mentoring Account Coordinators with their development
What you’ll bring
- Experience working in a team environment
- At least 2 years client facing and/or customer service experience
- Client Services/ Sales Support / Ad-Ops background advantageous but not required
- Experience with basic functions of Microsoft Excel or similar
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accountability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and identify potential risks
- Strong communication skills
