Position Overview:

Uplisting is looking for our firstr US-based Account Executive (AE) to spearhead new customer acquisition and drive our expansion across North America. With over 300,000 potential customers in the US, this is a rare opportunity to make a massive impact at the ground level and grow alongside a rapidly scaling SaaS company. As more property managers professionalize their businesses, demand for all-in-one Property Management Software (PMS) is skyrocketing—Uplisting is the must-have solution in the vacation rental space. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, mastering prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals while shaping the future of Uplisting in the US. Here's what you'll get to do:
    • Win new logos in the US market.
    • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
    • High volume (75 new contacts per day) and high quality prospecting to generate a robust pipeline.
    • Qualify leads, conduct product demos, and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to prospect needs.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless transition to customer success.
    • Identify and research potential clients within the short-term rental market (build your own lists of STR operators for outbounding).
    • Execute cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to generate new leads.
    • Embrace a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit—identify quick wins and innovate to overcome challenges
Here's what you'll need to be successful:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; recent graduates are welcome.
    • 1-3 years of experience in tech or SaaS sales, ideally in an SDR or junior AE role
    • Demonstrated passion for sales.
    • Strong communication skills with an ability to engage and persuade.
    • Experience in CRM tools (specifically Hubspot) is a plus.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to work in a hybrid role from our New York office (Manhattan)
Here's what you can expect from us:
    • Competitive cash compensation and benefits - the OTE for this position is $130,000 per year with a $75,000 base salary. 
    • Unlimited potential - commissions are uncapped!
    • The salary range displayed in specifically for those potential hired who will work or reside in the state of New York if selected for this role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.

    • First stage: Virtual interview with the Talent team
    • Second stage: Interview with New Business Manager (Hiring Manager)
    • Third stage: Panel interview with New Business Manager and SVP of Sales
