Job Overview
In 1997, the founders of AssureHire built the first web-based employment screening solution. Today, AssureHire is creating next generation solutions to help companies onboard and protect human capital with first class candidate experiences. We have an opening for an Account Executive, whose primary duty will be to procure, develop, and close pre-employment background screening leads. Once familiar and trained in our product, the Account Executive will be able to demo and sell directly to small, midsized, and enterprise opportunities.
We are seeking an individual who will create successful calling strategies for key target industries. They will consult with all key contacts in HR and Compliance positions for each target opportunity, including related roles in technology, finance and global mobility. All sales activity done via the phone and web. Must be comfortable talking through technical concepts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Productive follow up on sales leads to cultivate and generate revenue
- Conduct demo’s for prospects to educate the buyer on the value of AssureHire solution
- Account development, including contact qualification, engagement and discovery
- Attend trade shows to help generate leads
- Manage and accurately report on inbound lead pipeline within territory.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience selling technical software in a business-to-business environment. HR or HCM product experience a plus.
- Consistent quota achiever
- Intelligent with solid acumen in business matters
- Strong communication skills with exceptional telephone sales skills
- Be extremely self-motivated, thorough, highly organized and have a complete understanding of the selling process
- Have a proven track record of success that includes prospecting, qualifying, and identifying the customer's needs
- Background in technology a plus
- Proficiency with Salesforce
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Compensation:
Mitratech remains committed to equitable and transparent pay practices. The final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity. We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remotely anywhere in the US. Anticipated Base Salary: $90,000 Annually USD + Variable: $90,000 Annually USD
Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
