Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our New Business Development team and drive sales for our cutting-edge Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Next Generation solutions. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and positioning our solutions as the preferred choice for organizations seeking to optimize financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and strategic outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and objectives to position our EPM solutions as the ideal fit, showcasing their value in streamlining performance management and driving business efficiency.
  • Solution Demonstrations: Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific client needs.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and maximize customer value.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on EPM trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in new business sales, ideally within the SaaS or financial technology space. Experience selling EPM or similar financial solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Mindset: Results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with EPM systems, financial planning tools, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
