We seek a dynamic Account Executive with a strong sales background and a proven ability to drive growth in OEM and end-user sales.
This role is pivotal in helping FORT Robotics achieve ambitious financial goals for 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in the Eastern United States, focusing predominantly on OEMs and industrial end-users.
- Execute high-level sales strategies to meet and exceed booking targets
- Implement FORT's business strategies across the U.S., ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer needs.
- Utilize advanced sales methodologies to identify and secure new business opportunities through direct outreach, lead generation, and close collaboration with inside sales teams.
- Conduct regular account reviews (quarterly and annually) to assess partnership growth, conduct quality assessments, and strategize on future engagements.
- Provide detailed monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and progress on strategic initiatives.
- Represent FORT Robotics at industry tradeshows and professional events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Travel requirements: Up to 30-40% to meet client needs and expand market presence.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or account management is required, preferably within the industrial automation, IoT, or robotics technology sectors. Experience with safety equipment would be a benefit.
- Proven track record in dealing with OEMs or direct end-users.
- Strong capabilities in initiating and managing high-value client relationships.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other business intelligence tools for sales tracking and analytics.
- Residency on the East Coast of the United States is required.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to negotiate complex deals.
This position has a base compensation range from $85,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This position also offers commission based on a 50/50 split base to a variable, which would equal a total compensation package of $170,000-$300,000, depending on results. 30% of the 50% variable pay will be based on MBO, and the other 70% will be based on direct commission from sales.
