We are looking for
Acqueon is actively looking for a Sales professional who has experience selling software platforms into the industries of Healthcare, Financial Services, and Utilities. The person in this role will be tasked with expanding existing accounts for Acqueon's mid-market to enterprise customers so experience working in the same or similar function is highly sought after. Additionally, we are looking for a sales professional with knowledge and understanding of the call center industry, compliance-based used cases, outbound models, and is familiar with selling using the MEDDIC sales methodology. Ideally, we are looking for candidates to be based out Dallas, TX but are also open to other remote locations, namely Charlotte, NC.
As an Account Executive in Acqueon you will
- Prospect, develop, and manage accounts within the call center ecosystem.
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of the Acqueon's conversational platform to perspective customers and stakeholders.
- Utilize demos to actively demonstrate the functionality and value of Acqueon's platform.
- Develop and perform strategic prospecting activities to generate pipeline and grow territory.
- Develop strong internal working relationships with key stakeholders across Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product.
- Use Salesforce to effectively perform forecasting in a monthly, quarterly, and annual planning rhythm for your accounts with high levels of predictability, quality, and accuracy.
- Closely collaborate with sales leaders to achieve the revenue goals of the company.
As an Account Executive in Acqueon you will need
- Proven track record of being an accomplished enterprise sales hunter and farmer in a SaaS environment
- 5+ years of experience in same or similar roles
- Functional Knowledge of:
- Salesforce
- Contact center infrastructure, Premise & Cloud
- Proactive, outbound customer engagement/Campaign Management and conversational platforms
- Self-service, AI/agent assistant, and virtual agent
- Omni – Channel Communications
- Compliance-based used cases and platforms
- Strong solution selling background, dealing with complex sales cycles
- Self-starter attitude and a passion for collaboration with a highly professional work ethic
- Experience selling to CxO suite. High comfort level working with all levels of an organization, including C-suite
- Excellent leadership and communications skills.
- Strong passion for new business farming and for revenue and growth
- Proven track record of over-achieving revenue targets in sales
- Ability to work onsite if located in Dallas
- Willingness and the ability to travel as needed
