Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Your #1 priority: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base, building as many trusted relationships with partners as possible to deliver win-win results.
  • Client Meetings: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals that address client needs and demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Closing Deals: Take a consultative approach to selling, moving prospects through the sales funnel to close deals. You’ll have the full support of the organization all the way up to the top, enabling a high win rate.
  • Relationship Building: Foster, track, and measure strong relationships with Salesforce and MuleSoft Account Executives to become their go-to partner.

  • Salesforce Know-How: You have experience, knowledge, and relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Prospecting and Objection Handling: You excel in identifying opportunities for project work and addressing potential client concerns, progressing opportunities with urgency.

  • Coach-ability and Vulnerability: You know that reaching your ceiling requires coaching, constant feedback, and some amount of discomfort; you are comfortable being uncomfortable because you know that’s what it takes to grow.

Qualifications:

  • 3-10+ years of quota-carrying full-cycle sales experience, preferably in systems implementations or software sales.
  • 2-3 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience in sales for Salesforce consulting organizations is a big differentiator.
  • Preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central US timezones

Achieving Success in This Role:

  • Achievement of quarterly sales quotas, including upstream metrics like meetings, identified opportunities, opportunity velocity, and win rate.
  • Coach-ability and willingness to GROW
