Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven SaaS Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with potential clients for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with key decision-makers. This job is on contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the US market through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and consultations to understand clients' needs and demonstrate how our SaaS solutions can address their specific challenges.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, addressing objections, and closing sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the e.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to provide insights from the field and contribute to product enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should be US Native
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Experience in solution selling, and consultative sales approach
  • Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage sales pipelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn & travel as require
