Job Description

  • Builds rapport and credibility, allowing you to participate in frequent interactions with clients and partner agencies with ease.
  • Maintains an active part in "day-to-day" client activities, including business development, strategy, media, and creative project knowledge
  • Client expectations are managed in terms of money, the scope of work, timing, scheduling, and procedure.
  • Maintains client status reports, conference reports, modification orders, and any other documentation and deliverables that are required
  • Coordination, preparation, and production of deliverables and items for client presentations in collaboration with the account team; a thorough examination of all materials prior to client presentations and final production
  • Other responsibilities will be allocated as needed
  • Manage the workflow and anticipate any problem that may occur in the process with prepared effective solutions

Qualifications


  • A minimum of 1-3 years of advertising account management experience, as well as experience dealing with partner agencies and directly with clients, is essential.
  • Management of digital/social campaigns is required.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities 
  • Excellent client service orientation
  • Ability to adapt to changing duties and last-minute modifications
  • English fluency
