Job Description

As an Account Executive at Stealth Components, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and fostering long-term partnerships with our esteemed customers. Your exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and knack for building relationships will be instrumental in taking our business to new heights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients through outbound phone calls, email follow-ups, and online chats.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding product availability, pricing, and shipping.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to offer informed recommendations to clients.
  • Engage in outbound calls to connect with potential clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet clients' specific needs, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring all customer data is up to date.
