Primary Purpose: The Account Executive will maintain and develop the Wholesale business for Tapestry's brands across Central Europe, with a focus on growing independent accounts including Ludwig Beck and Steffl.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Wholesale to:

  • Assist the Account Manager with requests from key accounts and directly manage independent accounts
  • Act as a first point of contact for multi-brand accounts
  • Execute four markets a year across Women's & Men's Leathergoods, lead appointments with independent accounts and present the collection during market
  • Track sales weekly, monthly & quarterly and analyse to highlight key trends & challenges
  • Produce seasonal trade reports to highlight seasonal wins, challenges and opportunities
  • Develop short term seasonal plans to meet sell-through targets
  • Work on ATS swaps and re-orders to drive trade in season
  • Drive trade and in season actions through an omni channel approach with regular site canvassing for partners with online channels
  • Support with planning of quarterly and yearly sales forecast with Sales Manager
  • Develop the distribution network, onboarding new independent accounts and prospecting in line with regional strategy
  • Work closely with cross functional teams on the order lifecycle, including order upload, tracking inbound and outbound shipments and delivery of the order book
  • With the support of the Account Manager, communicate with Accounts Receivable on independent account balances
  • Partner with field teams on implementing training and lead product knowledge training with accounts
  • Coordinate and support in-store marketing initiatives and events, manage ROI reports with stores and coordinate samples
  • Collect client orders and processing
  • Support new store openings in coordination with cross-functional partners and accounts
  • Organise store visits and provide comprehensive feedback and actions to improve trade
  • Regularly update the client database
  • Work closely with VM to ensure high standards are delivered across stores


The accomplished individual will possess:

  • 2+ years' experience in Wholesale/Sales, managing accounts
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Fashion Management or similar
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Additional European language skills is a plus
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated and target driven to achieve sales
  • Team player, confident and dynamic
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A self-starter able to independently manage time and workload effectively
