About the role:

*This role is a Los Angeles based position. Candidates must be located in the LA area.*

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving Fubo’s advertising revenue across client direct, agency and trading desks within named accounts, verticals and/or geographic territories (West Coast). The successful candidate will have proven success leading OTT/CTV focused sales opportunities aimed at meeting clients solutions while forging trusted relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch and close programmatic, direct IO, and sponsorship deals with agencies, trading desks and direct clients
  • Prepare and develop pitch materials and RFPs; be a subject matter expert on our product and platform offerings leveraging data and insights to support our unique value proposition
  • Maintain positive client relations within an assigned book of business and territory with keen focus on new business development and account growth opportunities
  • Leverage CRM tools to grow sales pipelines, capture all account activity in Salesforce and prepare IOs for approvals prior to campaign flighting
  • Provide timely status reports to clients and agencies on campaign performance, delivery and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner that moves the business forward
  • Works collaboratively with Ad Operations, Insights, Marketing and Yield teams to drive ad revenue and campaign success

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of direct selling experience in advertising sales with relevant OTT/CTV Video sales experience in a media organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experienced and knowledgeable within the OTT and Connected TV industry
  • Proven experience leading the full sales cycle with advanced campaign measurement and attribution
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the programmatic buying and selling process
  • Distinguished track record working for multi-media sales organizations

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to lead projects from start to close
  • Sophisticated client-facing skills; highly articulate and able to creatively position our value proposition. Able to simply and compellingly present complex marketing programs to clients
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and operate efficiently within a relatively flat organization; communicate effectively with a range of executives, department teams and clients
  • Ability to perform a high level even when faced with unexpected change; creative problem solver in dealing with difficult or unexpected challenges
  • Data and analytic driven individual with a solid understanding of the OTT/CTV landscape, capabilities measurement who can solve problems
  • A passion for the Streaming TV industry
  • Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role is $130,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $150,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's commission plan, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
