Our sales team is responsible for providing best practices and strategic guidance that drives ServiceTrade platform adoption and customer value. You would own a defined territory within your specific target customer sizes as you bring on new customers and continue to build the annual recurring revenue. You’ll work alongside several cross-functional teams including Account Management, Customer Success, and Customer Support to spearhead impactful, transformative solutions.

Who we hire for this team:
We look for individuals who can research a territory and engage with prospects to understand how our solution fits into their overall organization and plan for success. We want someone who can quarterback a sales opportunity and work with key stakeholders internally to provide solutions to customers. The successful Account Executive can deliver results, and do so with a seamless, professional, and polished execution. We look for a history of outstanding performance, attention to detail, and innovative solutions that surpass client expectations. The ideal individuals set the bar high for quality of work through processes, strong fundamentals and excellent client interactions. This role is made for someone who embraces challenges and consistently achieves outstanding results through commitment, execution, and a level of finesse that sets a new industry standard.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
- Targeted Business Development: You execute lead generation, prospecting, and selling activities in the region by researching the market, identifying prospects, and qualifying opportunities. You work closely with multiple stakeholders through complex, multi-process sales cycles, leading to triumphant outcomes.
- Sales Experience: You have 1-10+ years of sales experiences depending on which level we are hiring for
- Networking & Partnerships: You create a network of followers that include prospects, market partners, key industry influencers, and other interesting parties that ultimately extend ServiceTrade’s reach by echoing and amplifying our values. You forge deep relationships with the C-Suite or Owner-levels, offering consultative insights and positioning our solutions as vital to their operational growth and success.
- Operations: You know how to leverage CRM tools with precision, maintain records of client/potential client interaction and use this to execute flawless sales strategies
- Hunting: You enjoy the thrill of the chase, commencing with initial engagements and working with Client Success Management teams to expand the overall usage of our suite of solutions and expand our mission.
- Travel: Expected on an as-needed basis.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Professional Experience: 1-3+ years of experience AT the desired segment level
- Industry Experience: 1-5+ years experience selling vertical SaaS based, business critical solutions into complex/niche verticals.
- Solution Selling: You’ve been formally trained on a variety of sales methodologies. You can read your audience and continuously provide white-glove solutions.
- Rapid Producer: You know what it’s like to learn a new industry quickly and can hit the ground running with minimal downtime. You bring your expertise to the table and produce results quickly.
- Achievement: You have a proven track record of success, hitting goals, KPIs, and/or President’s clubs on multiple occasions. You learn from your mistakes/failures and use those experiences to be even more systematic the next time.
- Preferred Experience: Directly selling solutions into our industry or an industry-adjacent field is highly desirable.
