The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Account Executive, Renewals to retain and grow our most valuable client relationships. This role is focused on working with top-tier existing customers to drive retention by demonstrating product value, responsiveness, and innovation. You will also have the opportunity to sell to new clients.
In this role, you will support our Perpetua product, which focuses on the seller, challenger brand, and specialist agency segment within the Flywheel portfolio. Perpetua provides retail media optimization and intelligence technology for the world’s smartest eCommerce businesses. Through the platform, brands and agencies create goals based on strategy and rely on Perpetua’s best-in-class, always-on optimization to execute tactically.
What You Will Do:
- Own a portfolio of Perpetua’s highest-value clients with the goal of driving renewal and retention.
- Conduct client discovery to understand goals, assess value delivery, and align solutions to evolving needs.
- Demonstrate ROI and innovation through client-facing presentations and data-driven business reviews.
- Lead commercial conversations, including pricing and contract negotiations, to maximize client lifetime value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand product usage within existing accounts.
- Source new business opportunities and help onboard net-new clients to Perpetua.
- Represent Perpetua at industry events, conferences, and client meetings when appropriate.
Who You Are:
- You have 3+ years of experience in a renewals, account management, or closing role within SaaS or a related field such as CPG/media/retail media sales.
- You have a proven track record of retaining and growing mid market/enterprise accounts.
- You have exceptional discovery, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- You have a strong commercial acumen with the ability to independently manage pricing conversations and contracts.
- You are passionate about digital commerce and interested in shaping the future of retail media.
- You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
