The Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Executive to support and execute multiple music and film programs of a financial service client! This role will report to the Account Directors and will assist with overall planning and execution of various client sponsorship programs.

In this role, you will gain comprehensive experience in a highly collaborative environment. This individual is a self-starter, able to multi-task several moving parts and prioritize multiple running projects. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and in a team setting and has client management experience. We're looking for an excellent writer, someone with strong attention to detail, and be a phenomenal team player.

The Fine Print:

  • Support account team across multiple music and film entertainment programs, including large-scale custom/unique experiences and turn-key events
  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of financial service client’s sponsorship portfolio and business initiatives
  • Assist Account Leads in building detailed client presentations
  • Lead creation of all pre and post event materials, reports, and recaps for all experiential events/programs
  • Collaborate in brainstorms for client’s new sponsorship properties and campaigns and provide support in turning ideas into cohesive presentations
  • Lead all vendor management and payments for client programs/initiatives
  • Assist with logistical planning, preparation of event documents to aid in execution/recapping, etc. for client programs and activations
  • Develop and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including clients, cross-agency partners, vendors, and properties
  • Provide administrative support including setting up meetings, taking notes, and other tasks as needed
  • Manage documents such as status reports and inventory tracking documents
  • Book travel arrangements and build detailed travel itineraries (air, hotel & ground transportation) for clients

The Needs:

  • A diehard fan of music, film, and event planning
  • 1+ years of experience working in the entertainment industry or in an agency/client service setting preferred
  • Experience working with talent, production companies and agencies is strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in document writing, recaps, status reports, etc.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to tell a good story (we like to laugh)
  • An ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
  • Ability and flexibility to travel and work weekend/holidays as needed
  • International and domestic travel may be required based on client needs
