Your future team

The Midmarket Sales team helps our Midmarket customers transform their business by unleashing the power of every team using Atlassian platform. This Sales role is fully remote, and the client base will be Midmarket companies based in Italy. There will be some occasional visits to these regions.The Atlassian Midmarket Sales team is a newly established team of 70+ people in EMEA. We have worked in sales and management roles in well-established Fortune 500 companies as well as exciting startups. We share a commitment to reach our numbers and ambition to make our team successful. However, above all we believe in the Atlassian values and want to use them as our compass in building a revolutionary sales model. You'll report to the Midmarket Sales Manager France / South.
What you'll do

  • Develop and implement named account or territory plans geared at both maximising expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products and ensuring a high bar of customer success
  • Work with team members in the channel sales organisation to build sales strategies for designated territory or named accounts
  • Be Atlassian's main point of contact for designated Midmarket accounts in Italy, with some occasional visits to this regions.


Qualifications
Your background

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role
  • Experience in Enterprise software sales, driving transformational deals
  • Experience growing Enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams
  • Preference for experience working with customers and partners based in Italy
  • Fluent language skills in Italian & English required
