What You Will Accomplish

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by closing new business deals.
  • Build and Manage a Strong Pipeline: Proactively develop a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and client referrals, and ensure consistent progress toward sales goals.
  • Cultivate Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring alignment with Eve’s solutions.
  • Contribute to Sales Process Optimization: Follow and provide feedback on Eve’s sales playbook to improve processes, ensuring alignment with mid-market client needs and effective pipeline management.
  • Maintain In-Depth Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on Eve’s solutions, market trends, and the competitive landscape to deliver value-driven, impactful sales pitches.

  • Process-Driven: Adheres to sales processes and provides constructive feedback to optimize effectiveness. Skilled in using data and metrics to track progress and prioritize activities.

You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with a focus on mid-market accounts.
  • A strong understanding of the legal tech or SaaS industry (experience in legal tech is a plus).
  • Proven experience developing and managing a sales pipeline in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for presenting complex information in a clear, persuasive way.
  • An eagerness to learn, adapt, and bring creative solutions to client needs.

Compensation

  • Compensation at Eve is highly competitive and determined based on experience, seniority, and considerations of both internal and external equity, as well as location. For this position, the base salary range is between $90,000-$120,000 base USD per year, with total on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $180,000-$240,000.
  • In addition to a compelling salary and performance-based bonuses, we offer an equity component that provides meaningful ownership and the opportunity to share in the company's long-term success.
