Job Overview
Rightworks is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic WISP (Written Information Security Plan) Sales Account Executive to join our Security Products team. This pivotal role is geared towards individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and possess a keen interest in technology solutions tailored for accounting and tax firms. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the front line in engaging with prospective clients, handling inbound sales inquiries with precision and professionalism. Your primary responsibility will be to guide potential clients through the benefits and features of our WISP service, ensuring they understand its value and how it aligns with their specific needs.
Ideal candidates for this position should have a strong background in sales, preferably with experience in cyber security, technology, or software sales. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively convey the importance and benefits of our WISP services. In addition to managing sales inquiries, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in our CRM system. This role requires a proactive approach to handling new sales opportunities, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets. This role will report to the Firm Acquisition Manager – Security Products.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma, degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or relevant field preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Excel to manage leads, track interactions, and forecast sales.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounting Firm sales role, preferably in the cloud hosting or SaaS industry
