Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Build and grow revenue by contacting existing clients and pursuing new prospects.
  • Advertising Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to exceed revenue goals, leveraging both traditional and digital advertising.
  • Client Relationships: Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with the local business community.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct sales calls, prepare and deliver presentations, and explain the benefits of advertising solutions to clients.
  • Ad Development & Placement: Collaborate with clients and station personnel to create effective advertising strategies, schedules, and content.

 

Requirements & Skills:

 

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in advertising, is often beneficial.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer software like Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
