Being an Account Executive at iManage Means…
As an Account Executive, New Business (EMEA), you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to close—targeting corporate legal teams and highly regulated industries, including financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, and consulting firms. You will serve as a trusted partner, helping organizations modernize their document and knowledge management strategies to drive efficiency, compliance, and security.
This role requires a strategic, consultative approach, engaging C-level executives, compliance officers, IT leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders while working closely with our Partner Ecosystem to drive market expansion. Our reseller and implementation partners play a critical role in iManage’s go-to-market strategy, and you will collaborate with them to extend market reach, execute joint sales motions, and deliver value-driven solutions to customers.
You will also work cross-functionally with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Pre-Sales, and Marketing to develop and execute territory-specific strategies that drive new logo acquisition and growth across EMEA.
iM Responsible For…
- Developing and executing territory and account strategies to acquire and grow new business in corporate legal teams and highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, and consulting).
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging C-level executives, compliance officers, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
- Building and strengthening relationships with our Partner Ecosystem, working collaboratively with resellers, system integrators, and implementation partners to drive co-sell motions and expand market coverage.
- Engaging partners in joint account planning and deal execution, ensuring alignment on sales strategies and customer acquisition efforts.
- Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, while identifying expansion potential within existing accounts.
- Communicating the business value of iManage solutions, mapping customer challenges to strategic outcomes with a focus on ROI, security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Delivering high-impact presentations and product demos, effectively showcasing iManage’s competitive advantage.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring trust and long-term account growth.
- Developing and maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and account data in Salesforce to provide visibility into sales performance.
- Representing iManage at industry events, trade shows, and partner-led forums, driving brand awareness and pipeline growth.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- 5+ years of quota-driven SaaS sales experience, preferably in B2B enterprise sales, legal tech, or compliance technology.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a book of business.
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders, IT leaders, and compliance teams in highly regulated industries.
- The ability to manage complex sales cycles, navigate procurement processes, and effectively handle objections.
- Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills, translating technical solutions into business value.
- A data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to optimize territory strategies and close deals.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving new business growth.
Bonus Points If I Have…
- Experience selling legal technology, compliance solutions, or document management software.
- Knowledge of complex sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value-Based Selling).
- A track record of jointly selling with implementation and reseller partners, aligning strategies for mutual success.
