We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive - Greenfield in our Digital Experience team based in Madrid, Spain!
What you'll Do:
Apply your technical sales background to strategically engage at the CXO level. Develop and complete a fast paced territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets and hit Greenfield conversion. Seeking a self-starter to drive business outcomes for our customers.
- Be the CEO of your business to drive Oneteam to success, focusing on both technical and GTM side of the business with customers.
- Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of enterpise accounts
- Find opportunities through cold calling and prospecting in assigned territory
- Work very closely with the BDR team to support and guide them in the strategy
- Build and articulate compelling value propositions around Adobe solutions.
- Own the end to end sales cycle coordinating all the actions with the extended team (presales, consulting, partner managers, marketing)
- Establish, build and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers in support of providing business solutions and tools
- Manage contract creation and negotiations with assistance as needed
- Track and report on individual leads and opportunities, as well as overall pipeline and business results in your territory
What you need to succeed:
- Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent
- 5 to 10 experience years in technology sales selling enterprise software or consulting services or implementation services
- Strong communication and relationship building skills to become trusted client advisor
- Value selling capabilities.
- Excellent new business development skills and sales quota attainment track record
- Mentality of a creative self-starter; shows initiative and resourcefulness to find a way into the prospect; in charge of their destiny with minimal support until the prospect is qualified
- Strong skills in the following: communication, presentation skills, negotiation, organizational and attention to detail
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must
