About the Role:
As a Senior Account Executive (Growth), you’ll be the ultimate “hunter,” owning the entire sales cycle from finding fresh opportunities to closing the deal in our Growth customer segment. You’ll lead the charge in driving new business growth by prospecting like a pro, identifying key leads, and winning new clients.
What will you do:
- Pipeline Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by engaging with multiple personas within prospect and customer accounts. Use a variety of strategies and tools to move leads through the sales cycle.
- Solution Selling: Present and tailor the value of our platform to meet the specific needs of each prospect, demonstrating how our solution can solve their challenges.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations by addressing stakeholder concerns and organizational complexities, overcoming objections, and securing new business agreements.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience, driving long-term satisfaction.
- Sales Process: Manage the sales process through pipeline generation, champion building, and methodologies like MEDDIC and Command of the Message. Keep Salesforce updated with accurate account and opportunity data.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to inform decision-making, ensuring predictable revenue and meeting revenue targets.
- Post-Sales: Maintain relationships post-sale to enhance client satisfaction, ensuring a positive and lasting experience.
Must have:
- 4 to 6 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in a SaaS, growth-stage startup, or tech-driven environment.
- A pro at generating pipelines and managing complex sales cycles to build a solid client portfolio.
- Excelling at strategic and creative outreach, always testing and iterating to drive desired outcomes.
- Communicating, presenting, negotiating, and relationship-building across all levels.
- Working with a diverse range of personas—technical, business, and executive—and know how to win them over.
- Familiarity with MarTech, analytics, CRM, and/or marketing automation.
- Learning and Adapting quickly in high-growth, high-change environments.
- Solutions-oriented thinker, always eager to help your team grow and succeed.
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business) is part of your toolkit.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with MEDDICC and Command of the Message sales methodologies.
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) and sales tools (Outreach, Sales Navigator)
- A solid understanding of SDKs, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.

- Sustainable revenue growth (CAC: LTV)

Please Note: You would be required to work from our Office in San Francisco hence we are preferably looking for someone who is already based there.
Salary Range: For candidates based in San Francisco, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between Base $90,000 - $110,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $180,000 and $220,000/year (Total including commissions). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
