What you’ll be doing 

Your role will be pivotal in engaging, educating, and transforming how our customers deliver superior software quality to market faster than ever before. 

Your primary focus will be to develop and expand the CEE region by establishing and building new logos, as well as identifying opportunities to expand existing enterprise accounts. 

We work on a hybrid model (3 days in-office from either Vienna or Prague). 

 

You will be responsible for 

  • Expanding the CEE Region 

  • Leveraging your network and partnerships. 

  • Working closely with SAP in the region 

  • Identifying, building, and actioning a strategy for expanding FTSE100 accounts. 

  • Tracking, reporting, and iterating on your go-forward plan with leadership. 

  • Building effective and mutually beneficial relationships cross-functionally: partnering with Presales Consultants and other team members to close 6-7 figure opportunities. 

  • Helping with mentoring team members who are seeking deeper strategic account management experience. 

  • Contributing to strategic business and regional direction, partnering closely with leadership. 

 

Basic Qualifications we’re seeking 

  • 10+ years of related experience in sales or the field of enterprise software. 

  • 3+ years managing and expanding SaaS enterprise accounts. 

  • An experience in the CEE region and a network of relations with accounts/partners 

  • A technical background and / or deep working knowledge of SDLC. 

  • Experience building and maintaining successful partnerships to drive mutual business growth.  

  • Expertise is building and actioning strategic plans for customer expansion with enterprise accounts. 

  • Demonstrable presentation and communication skills, highlighting your ability to articulate and communicate the unique value proposition of our software to prospective clients  

Preferred additional skills 

  • A language or more of the CEE region, preferably Polish or Czech 

  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining clean and accurate data within Salesforce to support your sales efforts. 

  • Knowledge and / or experience of Tricentis products

Wir sind in Österreich gesetzlich verpflichtet, das Mindestgehalt anzugeben, welches laut IT-Kollektivvertrag für diese Position € 60900,- brutto pro Jahr beträgt. Unsere attraktiven Vergütungspakete orientieren sich an den aktuellen Marktgehältern und können daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt liegen.
