Job Description:
We are looking for a collaborative and highly engaged Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our Account Management Team. The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with existing customers in order to support the Account Managers with key communication initiatives, re-establishing relationships and expanding business. The ADR role is an entry point into a career as a KEV customer-facing Account Manager, responsible for ensuring the success of customers and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing KEV customers with dormant communications in order to re-establish communication and set up meetings with the appropriate Account Manager
- Conduct outreach to customers who have the greatest opportunity for upsell and cross-sell to set up meetings for the Account Manager for that territory
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for customer meeting management, beginning with research and ending with the customer meeting
- Identify any changes to key contacts within our existing customers.
- Partner with Account Managers, Marketing and other teams on an as-needed on key marketing outreach and other key initiatives
- Please note, for the first 3-6 months, the ADR will be responsible for assisting with a key project migrating existing customers to a new payment partner
- Document all activities and communications in Salesforce
- Provide feedback of key messages hearing from prospects in terms of our messaging, needs of the prospect, message resonation, competitive insights etc.
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound communications
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of work experience, including exposure to or experience in K-12
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent time-management skills
