What you will do:
- New business development and account development by accessing C-Level, Director level contacts within customer accounts and target prospects.
- Lead generation through targeted outbound account prospection and calling on marketing-generated/inbound leads.
- Partnership with marketing on a programmatic campaign-based approach to demand generation and collaboration with the field sales force to implement sales and pipeline build strategies.
- Providing accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management, meeting monthly and quarterly new meeting, lead qualification, opportunity conversion, and closed-won objectives.
- Demonstrating thorough knowledge of Coupa’s product line and value proposition, hosting product demonstrations and guided tours for customers and prospects.
- Showing a clear understanding of Coupa’s sales processes and product and service value propositions, and attending company-sponsored events when required.
What you will bring to Coupa:
- Fluent in German and highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales objectives, with 1 - 2 years of inside sales software experience.
- Experience calling into Fortune 1000 accounts at the CXO level and a proven track record with new account development.
- Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills, and a high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system required, and consistently meeting or exceeding account-based activity metrics daily.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
