Our fast paced and globally facing Account Department is in search of an ambitious & curious Account Coordinator who will serve as a key assistant across global production, localization & delivery of all campaigns as well as the overall administration of the team’s daily needs and projects. Organization, flexibility, and great communication skills are a must have in this role.
The Work
- Author & send client hot sheets and status updates
- Maintain, updating & tracking all project documents
- Supporting the Account Executive and/or Account Supervisor in the management of various project needs
- Manage all project estimates & approvals
- Ship deliverables (media, archive & client)
- Support global localization production of campaigns including social, digital, film and sometimes event deliverables
- Partner with AE and international production on localization of global campaigns for the Canadian market
- Author global updates and review, consolidate & take action based on feedback
- Facilitate communication with production (content, digital, international, print, art) & Business Affairs to keep the momentum of the project heading in the right direction
- Assist AE in managing legal approvals — working closely with Business Affairs & client
- Work with our in house media agency (OMD) on asset delivery & timing
- Write detailed meeting notes & distribute to team in a timely manner
- Quality check all presentation materials with a keen eye
- Prep materials for client presentations & other internal agency meetings

In 1984, TBWA helped launch Apple’s first Macintosh personal computer with the iconic “1984” commercial.
