We are looking for an ABM Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly within the enterprise segment. As our ABM Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing targeted ABM campaigns that generate and progress our sales pipeline. You will be joining an ABM team of three and collaborate closely with our sales team, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with sales goals and contribute directly to revenue growth.

What you'll do:

  • Strategy development: Develop and implement multichannel ABM strategies tailored to enterprise accounts.
  • Campaign management: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns to drive pipeline generation and progression.
  • Data-driven insights: Utilize data and insights to continually refine messaging.
  • Sales collaboration: Work closely with the SDR and sales team throughout the sales cycle to provide strategic and tactical support. 
  • Sales collateral development: Create, adjust, and optimize sales collateral (e.g., decks, one-pagers, Influ2 campaigns) that resonate with target accounts.
  • Content creation: Suggest and develop additional content and initiatives to support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Performance reporting: Work closely with Marketing Ops to build reporting for your initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Content marketing experience would be a benefit.

  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Ability to work independently: You are organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple priorities with minimal guidance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: You’re both creative and practical, with a talent for coming up with fresh strategies to engage key accounts.
  • Results-driven: You’re focused on achieving measurable outcomes and contributing to overall business goals.
