Zazzle is looking for a detail-oriented Account Associate to support in driving licensed content growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through, combined with a proactive approach and positive attitude. They will enjoy a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with the ability to impact store performance immediately.

What You Will Do:
- Support team reporting, product classification, and payment requests using Excel and JIRA
- Create product approval submissions and samples
- Create text for social media posts using generative AI tools
- Communicate with partners on payments, product images and details
- Perform other duties as requested

- Account management and/or business development experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Google suite and Slack
- Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
