Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals or other goods from our restaurant or retail partners and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners. 

Wolt is present in 58 cities in Norway, including Oslo, Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand and Tromsø to mention a few - with more more cities to come. We’re expanding rapidly, from our offices in Oslo, and now we’re looking for someone to be part of this hectic, fun, and rapid expansion and help to set up our new restaurant and retail partners for success.

As such, we need a customer-focused and structured Account Associate to onboard new restaurant and retail partners to our platform.

Job Description

What you'll be doing: 

  • Successfully on-boarding venues onto the Wolt platform including photos, menus, training of staff, testing, and follow-up.
  • Ensuring our portfolio of venue partners reaches the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
  • Being responsible for our product platform always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure a seamless onboarding process for our partners.
  • Sharing best practices amongst the team.
  • Proactively search for knowledge cross function, where needed.
  • Follow-up on personal and team KPIs for lead time and onboarding volume.
  • Work together with account management in tasks related to working with partner performance.

Qualifications

  • Be able to carry the duties and responsibilities of the role listed above.
  • Have a self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a flat organisation
  • Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders in Norwegian and English.
  • Contribute to structure and have an eye for details.
  • Be able to make sound business decisions while basing decisions on data.
  • Be able to prioritise Wolt culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt growing as a successful business
  • Most importantly, be part of the team! As a team, we do common things uncommonly well.
