Job Description
Sutherland is seeking for Access Management specialist with English to join our fast-growing team. If you possess previous IT background and want to make a career out of it, Sutherland is the place for you!
In this role you'll:

Perform account administrative functions to set up system and in house application accounts and apply appropriate security access

Interact directly with internal business users and maintain the highest degree of customer service;

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards
-
Work with I.T. management to complete periodic reviews of user access and segregation of duties for the I.T. organization
-
Adhere to stated SLA’s and ensuring high standards for quality regarding user access management;
-
Resolve access related issues
-
Communicate tactfully and effectively both verbally and in writing and maintain effective work relations

Make sure that KPI’s are met

Provide excellent service to the users and assure Customer Satisfaction
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:

Ability to clearly understand the problem statemen

Familiar of OS (Windows 7, 10, 11) and networking
-
Advanced knowledge in windows domain concepts, Active Directory, and terminal services
-
Ability to troubleshoot logically
-
Advanced knowledge on Internet Browsers, Remote Desktop & Active Directory
