Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in security management, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven 3 to 4 years experience in access control
- Familiarity with access control systems and software.

- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of access control best practices and security protocols.
- Technical proficiency in security systems, databases, and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Certifications (preferred):
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
- Physical Security Professional (PSP)
- Other security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+)
