Job Summary
The purpose of the job is to support the Student & Academic Services Supervisor, in planning didactic activities during the entire academic year. He / She will be involved in organizing and scheduling lessons, exams, and other academic processes and he / she will support the Supervisor in managing relationship with teachers, programme leaders and other school departments.
He / She will also support school technology improvements, in collaboration with HQ, aimed to enhance academic process.
Key Purpose of the Job
Courses Planning – He / She will support the Supervisor in the following activities:
- To operationally participate in the Teaching Assignment process, in collecting teachers’availability and in managing the correct scheduling of all courses;
- To actively contribute to the construction, development and updating of lesson schedules and any extracurricular activities and assure the correct delivery of the scheduling to teachers and students;
- To support in classroom and laboratories management for classes, educational activities and events in order to optimize and make effective the educational program;
- To plan exams and thesis calendar;
- To build the structure needed for databases and their implementation;
Faculty and PL Support – He / She will support the Student & Academic Services Supervisor in managing the relations with academic area’s representatives (teachers, program leader) for all educational activities: lessons’ timetable, registrations, trips planning, exams, marks’ publication.
ICT - Academic Development – He / She will support the Student & Academic Services Supervisor in technology implementations concerning academic activities, in collaboration with HQ, and in monitoring results. He / She will also suggest possible improvements and team projects aimed to enhance academic services.
Skills and Education
- Min 3 year of experience in the academic planning field – schools or universities;
- Office suit proficiency, in particular Excel;
- English proficiency;
- Precise and organized person;
- Team player;
- Hyperplanning knowledge is a plus.
