We need an English-fluent Social Media Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content tailored to MMA and fitness
audiences. - Monitor trends, hashtags, and news within the MMA and broader sports world.
- Engage with fans, fighters, and the community in real-time, fostering interaction and
growth. - Collaborate with content creators, athletes, and influencers for partnerships and
campaigns. - Track analytics to optimize engagement, reach, and growth strategies.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and social media best practices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts, ideally in sports, fitness, or entertainment.
- Deep understanding and passion for Mixed Martial Arts (UFC, regional promotions, fighter culture, etc.).
- Strong copywriting and visual content curation skills.
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Buffer, or similar.
- Experience with community building and audience engagement.
- Bonus: Background in fitness, sports media, or working with athletes/influencers.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $900 - $1,400 per month, depending on seniority and skillset and a trial period of 3-months.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
