We invite you to be part of our team as a Senior Mendix Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications using the Mendix platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Mendix applications based on user requirements.
- Work closely with business analysts and product owners to understand and clarify requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the development process.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Optimize Mendix applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high application availability and performance.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in application development with a strong focus on Mendix.
- Proficient in the Mendix platform and experience with Mendix modeler.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical information.
- Understanding of database management systems, preferably SQL.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
