We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Pro Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, client meetings, and project timelines.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and crews, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Use company software to manage budgets, estimates, and project documentation.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests via social media.
• Support lead-generation efforts through social media interactions.
• Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks.
• Completing banking transactions and carrying out basic bookkeeping.
• Engage professionally and personably with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in nurturing leads from social media to book appointments.
• Support client follow-ups and maintain a positive communication flow.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
• Background in health care or wellness is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with social media management tools is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a knack for multitasking.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in social media platforms,
• Basic tech-savviness to learn new software and tools.
• Outgoing and personable with a good sense of humor.
• Able to adapt and work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
