We need an English-fluent Oracle ERP Cloud Finance, based in Colombia or Chile, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance) and EPM modules, focusing on accounting and financial processes.
- Configure and manage Oracle ERP Cloud to meet business needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Develop and deliver standard reports, trial balances, and dashboards using Oracle's reporting tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on financial reporting, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and a successful go-live.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle ERP Cloud, specializing in Finance.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud 23A/24A implementations.
- Strong knowledge of EPM for accounting processes and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Oracle’s standard reporting tools and financial statement preparation.
- Understanding of financial regulations in Colombia and Chile respectively, and ability to ensure compliance.
- Experience in LACLS report customization (Chile / Colombia).
- Experience conducting requirement-gathering sessions with users to understand reporting needs, as well as review configuration documents provided by the client.
- Proficient in technical and functional analysis to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Ability to analyze relevant reporting tools such as OTBI and Analytics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,000 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
