We need an English-fluent BI Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new data tables and visualizations where necessary to improve visibility into specific areas of the business.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Improve the effectiveness of product development, user acquisition, and design element decision-making through relevant analytics, visualization and reporting.
- Track, analyze, and measure relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
- Analyze and process large datasets using SQL which may include data cleansing and manipulation.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in data analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, vlookup).
- Experience working with large datasets and ETL frameworks.
- Experience working with data querying platforms and visualization software including but not limited to BigQuery and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data analytics results and boil them down into high-level concepts for the broader audience.
- Highly collaborative – the ability to work cross-functionally with internal & external teams.
- Has high attention to detail and quality.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,200 - $2,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position includes a 3-month trial period, with the possibility of extension to a long-term.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
