Protofire is looking for a Project Manager/Product Owner to join our DAO, to lead the team, and successfully deliver web3 projects.
Required:
- Leadership experience as PM, PO or Tech lead for 5+ years
- Agile Methodologies knowledge
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of the projects and the product vision
- Outstanding communication level with clients and teams
- DeFi Protocol experience or knowledge
- Architect mindset
- DevOps direct experience (Desirable), or good understanding
- Experience leading engineering teams in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 (Desirable)
- Previous experience working as a developer
- Good understanding of the roles of frontend (React) and Backend (NextJS, Rust, Go, Python), BA, QA, DevOps, PO, etc. Able to have deep tech discussions if necessary.
- Experience working with containerization like Docker
- A passion for decentralized, peer-to-peer systems and Web3 technologies
Bonus experience:
- Wallets multisig
- Business and customer-oriented mindset
- Finance knowledge
- Solidity
- Familiarity with Non-EVM networks (big bonus)
