KR Solar is calling motivated, self-driven individuals like you to join our expanding Field Sales team. We’re not looking for just anyone—we want future leaders. Our door-to-door sales representatives work directly with homeowners, helping them freeze their electricity bills and save big. And here’s the kicker: no experience required. We’ll train you from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll dive deep into our 3 P’s—Price, Product, and Promotions. You’ll learn our business inside and out, mastering the basics and setting yourself up for unlimited growth. Everyone in management? They all started here. We promote from within because we believe in growing leaders, not followers.

What you’ll do:

• Knock doors, make connections, and build relationships.
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, and make it easy for them to say "yes."
• Lead clients through the decision-making process like a pro.
• Negotiate, close deals, and secure your own success.
• Build a referral network that keeps on giving.

No sales experience? No problem. If you’ve got the drive and are ready to learn, we’ve got the system to turn you into a top performer. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus, but it’s not required. All you need is a driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the hunger to win.
