CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing-related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.
Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow. Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.

Position Overview
CLO Virtual Fashion is looking for an enthusiastic and organized 3D Designer that loves Marvelous Designer to join the team at our Madrid office.
With innovative design tools and the most realistic cloth simulation available, Marvelous Designer is the leading 3D Clothing Design Software for games/animation. If you love clothing, video games, animation, or all three – this is an excellent opportunity to work directly with some of the biggest names in 3D design while helping to solve problems and improve user experiences.
THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN MADRID - ONLY LOCAL APPLICANTS OR THOSE WILLING TO RELOCATE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Responsibilities
- Create visual content for social media channels and advertisements
- Participate in livestreams and in prerecorded videos
- Present at events for schools and major game/animation companies (currently online)
- Regularly answer user questions on best practices using MD software, as well as details surrounding our policy and license structure
- Coordinate with Marvelous Designer teams globally
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience using Marvelous Designer
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in games or animation
- An understanding of animation and game development workflows
- Strong written/verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Samples of work containing clothing or environment assets created utilizing Marvelous Designer
- Experience with other major 3D Design software packages (ex: Maya, Substance, Blender, Zbrush)
- Ability to work on-site at the Madrid Office
- Willing to travel
Plus if you have
- Digital Marketing knowledge (Social Media…etc)
- Motion Graphics Background
- Video editing and streaming skills
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus; such as French / German / Polish / Korean.
