We are currently seeking a highly motivated Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the deployment of technology solutions for our clients, ensuring that implementation processes are efficient and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
The activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Advise, install, and customize POS and digital solutions (mainly remotely).
- Conduct analysis of training needs and design programs to train users and colleagues in the use of software packages and appropriate information systems.
- Collaborate with a project team, gaining a full understanding of the goals, objectives, and specific audiences.
- Analyze existing systems, interfaces, and business models.
- Recommend and implement solutions and improvements.
- Record and understand the requirements for complex customer solutions.
- Provide technical demonstrations of products and solutions.
- Identify customer training needs, organizing remote or on-site training sessions.
- Support implementation projects with testing and technical documentation writing.
- Assist application programmers, system developers, and other IT professionals in developing and testing IT products and services.
- Provide solutions to improve organizational efficiency and productivity.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in POS (Point of Sale) or similar software in the Hospitality and Retail sectors. (Advanced (+5 years))
- Degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage business relationships with a consultative approach.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to make decisions aimed at improving the quality of the company's products and services.
- Ability to analyze existing facts and figures of problems to identify causes and successfully develop solutions.
- Ability to choose between existing alternatives by analyzing data and information to make definitive decisions.
- Ability to identify all possible strategies to achieve expected results, recognizing priorities and urgent needs.
- Teamwork.
- Technical knowledge: Familiarity with POS/TPV hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Project management: Ability to manage projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
