The PROS Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship designed to provide challenging, hands-on work experience. You will be assigned both individual and team projects that will make a direct impact on the company. This will further develop your ability to problem solve and communicate. In addition, interns will be provided with ample learning opportunities, interaction with business leaders and engaging intern events. You will receive a mentor that provides frequent feedback on projects while helping you to build technical, analytical and leadership skills.

A Day in the Life of a Customer Success Intern – About the role:

  • You will support the team in various tasks aimed at improving customer engagement, enhancing internal processes, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Create templates and presentations related to PROS Customer Success framework
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Help update and maintain accurate customer segmentation records and contact lists.

Required Qualifications – About you:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills, with an ability to create professional and engaging templates.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Eagerness to learn about Customer Success and its best practices.

Highly Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Gainsight or other Customer Success platforms is a plus but not required.
