Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Talent Acquisition (TA) College Programs team is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated intern.

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive efforts to position Toyota North America on Social Media as an “employer of choice” to attract the best and most diverse talent in the external marketplace.

Reporting to the TA College Programs Manager, the person in this role will support the TA College Programs department's objective to position Toyota as an “employer of choice”, find the best and most diverse talent to feed Toyota’s continuing transition to become the premier Mobility Company in the marketplace, and to empower our TA team with the right tools, processes, and resources to compete in this war for talent.

What you’ll be doing

  • Contribute to the social media content strategy for Toyota’s employer brand across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Assist in developing monthly social media content that highlights Toyota Battery as an employer of choice, aligning with key annual events.
  • Support ad campaign strategy, execution, and evaluation, including analyzing campaign results and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Corporate Communications, Marketing) to enhance talent messaging and diversity outreach efforts.
